What is EASY360FEEDBACK?
The EASY360FEEDBACK is a real-time feedback input system that allows respondents, such as yourself, 'John Doe' to confidentially and anonymously provide input to the person being managed, mentored or coached for continual growth and improved organizational results. This is similar to a traditional 360-degree feedback survey, but all of the input is automatically accumulated and can be instantly viewed by the requestor without having to do any manual data gathering or manual analysis. Your name will never be shown!

You can login and complete your first set of EASY360FEEDBACK input at https://www.easy360feedback.com/respondent_index.php A few facts that you should know before you begin the EASY360FEEDBACK survey.
Confidentiality:
1. There are no names attached to any of the survey inputs, so your feedback is ensured to remain 100% anonymous.
2. Each question is scored on a scale from 1 to 5 or N/C (No Comment or Not observed).
3. The collective scores of the respondent responses can be able to be instantly reviewed by the requestor and will be displayed over time to show the performance trending and change.
4. Only the requestor (or who they share it with) will have the ability to see their distribution of the scores (# of each numeric ratings and # of respondents for each of the individual questions), but they will never be able to see who are the respondents.
5. The database collecting this information is owned and operated independently from your organization. No data, other than the reports described in items #3 and #4, will be available to anyone inside or outside of your company.
Process:
1. You will be asked to answer a certain number of survey questions (the # of questions determined by the requestor). This should take only a few minutes to complete by clicking the appropriate radio button with your computer's mouse, or on your smartphone or tablet. Once you have completed rating the questions, click the submit button at the bottom of the screen and you will be finished.
2. You will have the opportunity to complete the same set of questions only once every time interval, as determined by the requestor (biweekly, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). After completing the survey questions for the first time, you will receive an email notification at the start of a new time interval letting you know when you can complete the next set of inputs for the requestor. You will be only able to complete one survey in any specified time period.
